Scratch the wildcat is the second main antagonist of the series.He is voiced by Peter Cullen, Scratch is a fearsome predator in his own right, he often tries to catch the Biskitts because he wants to eat them, why he wants to is never said but it could be a sort of revenge against dog kind for chasing cats, however when faced with normal sized dogs like Fang and Snarl Scratch turns cowardly and runs away, he has a cousin named Itch who looks like him, and he once chased after Talon the rat, the Biskitts are fortune that Scratch is quite clumsy and othen ends up getting hurt sometimes from his own traps.
Trivia Despite being called a Wildcat Scratch actually resembles a Bobcat.
